Utilita Cup - A Soggy Story
A group of intrepid Year 5 and 6 football players headed off to Collingwood Park to take part in the Utilita Cup tournament.
Unfortunately the weather was not on the side of the organisers, and the tournament had to be cancelled after our team had played 4 of their matches - two draws and two losses. The boys were a credit to our school as they battled the weather and kept their spirits high throughout their matches. They, and their belongings, were extremely soggy when they got back to school. Well done boys for being so resilient. Watch this space for news of the rescheduled competition.
