New Age Kurling
4 children from Years 3 and 4 represented us brilliantly at the New Age Kurling competition at Avenue Primary School this morning.
The team, made up of Anya, Julien, Ronnie and Sophia, worked really hard to learn a new game and how to play it. They showed great perseverence and determination. There were 8 schools there altogether and we played every other team.
We won one of our games; we had great accuracy and scored a lot of 50s. Although we lost some games we enjoyed trying and learning a new sport.
We were all awarded a certificate and got stickers for Teamwork, Passion, Self Belief and Honesty.
