Finding out about Habitats

This week in Eco-Club we looked at habitats.

We talked about what habitats are and what different types of habitats look like. We learnt about why it is imperative that we look after our environment so that we can safeguard habitats to ensure that wildlife can continue to survive. We then spent time in our Forest School finding habitats for insects. The children talked about how much they love being outside and that being in nature is where they are most happy.
