Parent information sessions

We will be holding parent information sessions next week. Please find details below. If you have children in more than 1 year group, and the meetings fall on the same day – please attend the meeting for your oldest child.

Children who attend Dorchester can be left in a designated classroom with a member of staff during the duration of the meeting. Please collect your child as normal and take them to the class listed below, before making your way to the meeting.           

Tuesday 9th September - Year 4 - to be held in Fern class - children to be looked after in Saffron class

Tuesday 9th September - Year 3 - to be held in Amber class - children to be looked after in Saffron class

Wednesday 10th September - Year 5 - to be held in Indigo class - children to be looked after in Purple class

Wednesday 10th September - Year 6 - to be held in Amethyst class - children to be looked after in Purple class

Thursday 11th September - Year 1 - to be held in Rose class - children to be looked after in Topaz class

Thursday 11th September - Year 2 to be held in Buttercup class - children to be looked after in Topaz class

Sessions will begin as soon as possible after school, and should last for around 30 minutes.
