Sutton Parent/Carer feedback request relating to Autism and ADHD.

Partners including CAMHS, Sutton Local Authority, Education and the Voluntary Community Sector are working with parents/carers to design a pilot to provide early support to families that may have concerns that may be related to Autism or ADHD.

The pilot will aim to provide early support to children and young people with or without a formal diagnosis. Your feedback will help to:

* Identify gaps in support experienced by parent/carers,  

* Ensure that the pilot service is informed by parent/carers and that families receive the help that they need, and

* Improve coordination between services
