VE Day celebrations locally

The Royal British Legion have organised a VE Day service for the 80th anniversary on 11th May, midday at the war memorial in Worcester Park, 'VE DAY 80 is next Thursday. We will be involved in the Epsom Downs lighting the beacon event. We will mark the event here in Worcester Park across the weekend with various activities being laid on by the Club. The Branch event will take place on Sunday 11th May.'
