Year 5 How did Vikings travel?

Our history topic about the Vikings has continued by learning about how the Vikings travelled around. Longboats were incredible as they could be powered by wind in their sails as well as by rowing. As part of our home learning, we put our sketching skills to work. In Science, we have set up an experiment to investigate which materials make the most effective insulators for hot drinks. In RE, we are learning about Hindu deities and the stories connected to the different parts of the main God, Brahman.
