Year 5: What was life like for Oliver Twist in a workhouse?

The Year 5 children enjoyed reading Oliver Twist this week. They used 'Show not Tell' and ambitious and era-specific vocabulary to write paragraphs about the workhouse dining hall. Fantastic writing Year 5!
