Year 2: Welcome! What makes a map?

It has been a busy start in Year 2. We have been working very hard to learn all the new routines, and the children have been settling in very well. This week in Geography, the children revised the world’s continents and oceans. We also sketched out our own maps in art, and discussed what features and symbols we would need to include to make it a map.
