Reception: Where do you think the missing gingerbread men are, and how did they get there?

This week we have been retelling the story of The Gingerbread Man. We have done some of our Star Writing about it - where we write independently! We made traps to catch them too. We have been fascinated by watching the tadpoles in our classrooms and a couple have even turned into frogs! At the end of the week, we were extremely lucky to have one of the parents come in to teach the children how to make clay gulp monsters! I hope they don't find the gingerbread men before we do. They will probably eat them!
