Year 5 Boys Secure 2nd Place in Football Tournament!

A huge congratulations to our Year 5 boys' football team, who put in an outstanding performance at today's tournament, finishing in a fantastic 2nd place!

The boys enjoyed four exciting games in the opening round, securing brilliant victories against Cheam Fields, Cheam Park and Westbourne.

They then faced Cheam Common in the semi-final, where a hard-fought 1–0 victory secured their well-deserved place in the final!

There were some fantastic goals from Bobby, Ellis and Jack, along with some incredible saves from Julien in goal! Every single player contributed, showing excellent teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout.

Unfortunately, a controversial final didn't go our way, but that shouldn't take anything away from what the boys achieved. They played their hearts out and represented Dorchester brilliantly!

We couldn't be prouder of their effort, attitude and team spirit. What a fantastic achievement, boys!
