Dorchester Primary School 4️⃣➖0️⃣ Manor Park

⚽️ Goals: Ellis (2), Bobbie & Alfie
🅰️ Assists: Jack (2)

Dorchester started their Year 5 football journey with a bang on Fireworks night. The boys in purple dominated their cup game from start to finish and fully deserved to progress to the next round of Sutton & Cheam Cup at Shawley Primary School on Thursday afternoon. Ellis finally made the breakthrough in the first half with a fantastic shot from outside the box. 1-0 to DPS at half-time. The second half followed a similar theme. Bobbie made it 2-0 with an excellent dipping long-range free-kick. Ellis grabbed his second goal of the game with a solo run and tidy finish from a tight angle to make it 3-0. Alfie Hudson made it 4-0 with another tremendous long range effort which flew into the roof of the net.

A great performance from all the boys. Who did themselves and DPS proud.

Team: Julien (GK); Joey, Ellis; Jack, Bobbie (c), Archie, Alfie, James & Darin.

A really big thank you to our Dorchester Parent and volunteer Chris for coaching the boys to their first victory!
