Nursery: What makes an environment good for an insect?

This week in Nursery we have continued our topic on insects and other minibeasts. We have been working very hard to make our nursery garden more inviting for different insects. We have been making different bug houses and hotels using recycled materials. We cannot wait to find out if some minibeasts decide to move in. Next week we will be visiting forest school to see if it is a good environment for insects. The children have been looking for different minibeasts and practising their mark-making skills by drawing the different insects that they see.
