Nursery: Where is our school? What can we see near our school?

This week in Nursery we have continued to think about bus journeys. We have been thinking about our local area and asking ‘what can we see near our school?’ We have looked at photographs of key places near the school including The Hamptons, Dorchester Park and key shops and restaurants. The children have been painting pictures of some of these landmarks.  Next week we will be encouraging the children to think about the main places that they see on their journeys to school.

For our Phonics learning we have learnt the phoneme ‘i’.
