Year 2: What are the careers we can have in medicine? How have they changed?

This week in History we discussed how medicine has changed over time. For example - technology over time has improved, so instead of one doctor for everything, we now have specialists that can look after us in different ways. We also have ambulances that will mean we can be looked after more quickly, and equipment like x-ray machines that can see inside us to work out what’s wrong. The children enjoyed discussing the differences between the past and the present.
