What can monuments like Stonehenge tell us about what people believed?

Year 3 have had a fantastic week of learning! They particularly loved becoming Stone Age artists, collecting natural materials and experimenting with the different colours they could create from them. It was brilliant to see them getting stuck in and using their creativity to produce their own Stone Age-inspired artwork.

We have also been learning all about Stonehenge and exploring what we think it might have been used for. The children enjoyed becoming history detectives, using clues from the past to come up with their own ideas about this prehistoric monument.
