Year 5 - What made Adam and Eve disobey God?

This week we have been learning how to use relative clauses in our writing to add more detail and description. Next week we will be writing our own version of the Viking invasion of Lindisfarne, so we will need to use this, as well as dialogue, to add the detail to the description. In RE, we have been asking the big question of what inner forces affect the way we behave. Adam and Eve made choices that had consequences when they disobeyed God. We took part in a conscience alley to help us decide what inner forces are at work when we make choices. We are continuing with our learning about the Vikings and why Britain was the best place for them to invade and settle. In Music, we are using a piece called "Earth" by composer Hans Zimmer to inspire our compositions.
