Dorchester’s Top of the Form Team are Champions!

A huge congratulations to our Year 6 Top of the Form team, who have been crowned champions of this year's Rotary Top of the Form competition.
Top of the Form is a prestigious general knowledge quiz, organised by the Rotary Club of Carshalton, which has been running for over 25 years. Each year, more than 30 Sutton primary schools compete across ten subject rounds to be crowned champions.
After many months of training and competition, our team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, determination and resilience.
The final was a thrilling contest against Woodfield Primary. At one stage, Dorchester trailed by 11 points and remained behind until Round 7 of 10. However, the team refused to give up, dug deep and produced a fantastic comeback to secure victory by 5 points.
This is Dorchester's second Top of the Form title in the last three years – a remarkable achievement. The team worked incredibly hard both in school and at home, focusing particularly on areas they wanted to improve following the knockout rounds.
We are immensely proud of the way they represented our school with confidence, commitment and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
Thank you to the Rotary Club of Carshalton for organising such a fantastic event, and congratulations once again to our worthy champions. What an achievement!
