Year 2: What is the weather?

This week in Geography, we learned about weather and seasons. We explored the four seasons of the year – Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer – and discussed how each season brings different changes. We also learned that weather describes the conditions of a particular place at a particular time, such as sunshine, rain, wind or snow. The children enjoyed identifying different types of weather and thinking about how the seasons affect our daily lives.
