Reception: What did you learn about the Moon this week?

This week in Reception we have been to the Moon! We read the story ‘Whatever Next!’ by Jill Murphy. We retold the story using props and we have been learning about what it would be like to actually go to the Moon. What would we need and why? We found out that it takes 4 whole days to get to the Moon! We discovered that there is no gravity in Space and very little gravity on the Moon. Can you remember why plants cannot grow on the Moon? What would you have to wear if you travelled to the moon and why?
