Nursery: What is your favourite Squiggle while you Wiggle move?

This week in Nursery we have been reading Superhero like you by Dr.Ranj. In this story, a little girl called Lily tells her mum that she wants to be a superhero when she grows up. However, Lily does not want to be a superhero who wears her pants outside her clothes. She wants to be a real superhero who helps people. We have been using this book to think about different jobs that people do to help others. We have been learning about firefighters, police officers, teachers, carers, recycling truck drivers and scientists. Can you think of other jobs that people do to help people?

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be continuing to learn about different jobs that people do. If you or a family member would like to come and talk about your job, please contact me as soon as possible. The children would love to find out about the different jobs that people do.

We also had lots of parents join us for our live Squiggle while you Wiggle session. It was lovely to see parents enjoy this lesson as it is a very important part of our early writing curriculum. Please continue to practise the moves at home.
