Reception: What is the best weather for making shadows? Why?

This week the children have been learning about how shadow are made. Using torches and the natural light of the sun, they have seen how, when a light source is blocked, a shadow is formed. We are looking forward to making some puppets next week and using a light source to create shadow puppet stories.
