A significant person is someone who has changed events in the time they lived; improved or worsened people’s lives; changed people’s minds/ ideas or had a lasting impact on a country or the world.

We compared people such as Queen Elizabeth, Barack Obama, Marcus Rashford, Simone Biles and Albert Einstein to explore what it means to be significant.
