10th January 2025

Dear Dorchester Families,

Happy New Year to you all.  I hope you had a wonderful break and got to spend some special time with family and friends, as well as the children having time to recharge their batteries after a very long Autumn Term.  It has been lovely to see some sunshine this week to herald in the Spring Term.  Long may it continue!

Our children have thrown themselves into their learning this week - we have already had two school visits - Amethyst Class had an amazing time at the Wimbledon Synagogue, and Year 1 are enjoying the delights of the London Aquarium today - starting as we mean to go on, bringing learning to life for our children.  Do take a look at the Learning Highlights below to find out what has been going on across the school.

Have a great weekend.

Cathy Bell

Headteacher
